You Need a Team!

One of the things that stood out to me this week was the importance of having a team and how valuable it is to have the resources and access to people who specialize in what you do not specialize in. As you continue to grow and elevate it’s important that you understand that in order for you to expand and tap into everything God has called you to be your going to need help. A God given vision is normally so big it can not be completed without the help of other people. You cannot do everything on your own. You need a team of people who can help you take things to the next level weather in life or in business.
Jesus had a team of 12 disciples who supported his vision and what he was called to do. For me I had to hire a baby sitter as part of my team because now that frees up time for me to be able work on my purpose. Now I’m asking you who is your team? Your team is anyone who comes along and supports your vision. Weather its family members, your baby sitter to help watch the children, your graphic designer, or business partner. You are only as good as a team. You know the saying it takes a village to raise a child, it's the same idea for a vision. It takes a team of people to birth a vision.
Here are three tips to help you build a team
First get started on working on your vision. You have to start somewhere because it allows you to identify the areas you’ll need extra support in. You don’t want to be wasting time and money on things you can do yourself.
Pray and ask God to send you people that will help manifest the vision he gave you.
Don’t be afraid to ask for help.
